As we continue our growth journey, our Business Recruitment team plays a key role in increasing adviser headcount and securing new growth firms into the Partnership to hit strategic targets. We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join the team and support lead generation, lead quality, and relationship management to drive visibility for the team and the Partnership as a whole.

This is a vital role, supporting our Business Recruitment Partners and working collaboratively to improve lead generation and lead quality, maintain customer relationships, and drive visibility for the team and the Partnership as a whole. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive and curious, motivated to hit targets and make data-driven decisions with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role with three days per week in our Swindon office.
