Join the team at 2plan! This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are effectively planned, coordinated and executed in line with company strategy, commitments and goals, with a clear focus on delivering measurable benefits. This is a hybrid role, based 3 days a week from our Leeds office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, typically within a single business area, including planning, scope definition and execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation and key project artefacts.
  • Manage project budgets, track deliverables and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks and issues.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and ongoing support for project objectives.
  • Lead, motivate and support project teams, fostering collaboration and resolving any conflicts or challenges.
  • Identify and manage risks, implement solutions, drive continuous improvement and support the wider Change function in evolving ways of working.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing complex transformation projects within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of project management lifecycle, tools and techniques (APM/PMP/PRINCE2 advantageous).
  • Experience across IT, Operations or Regulatory change, including prioritisation, budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Understanding of IT/software delivery, including re-platforming, vendor management, APIs and data integration (advantageous).
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with experience in risk, budget and plan management and a continuous improvement mindset.
