This is a hybrid role, based in our London office, with the requirement to be in the office at least 2 days a week.
As the Investment Strategist, you will work alongside the Investment Strategy team to contribute to Omnis' investment strategy, including macroeconomic research, investment strategy, and tactical asset allocation. You will be responsible for researching and developing key areas of asset allocation in collaboration with the Chief Investment Strategist and contributing to Omnis' tactical asset allocation process. Proactive contributions to the wider Investment Team are expected.

Your responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize the Omnis tactical asset allocation process daily
- Analyze, oversee, and manage risks in asset allocation, providing investment recommendations
- Contribute to asset allocation views
- Calculate and execute trades
- Develop the tactical asset allocation process further
- Formulate Omnis' tactical asset allocation and portfolio views
- Enhance the skills and knowledge base of the Investment Team
- Communicate Omnis' investment strategy effectively to stakeholders
- Review external Investment Managers’ performance and strategies
- Understand and apply FCA’s Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Extensive experience in macro-driven investment strategy across asset classes, especially equities
- Experience using funds to implement TAA views
- Team-based environment experience in strategy formulation
- Possession of CFA Charter (preferred)
- Strong understanding of macroeconomic variables and market metrics
- Knowledge of portfolio construction and risk management
- Experience with discretionary portfolio management and platform implementation
