The Openwork Partnership is seeking an Onboarding Consultant who will ensure new Advisers, Principals and Firms have a seamless joining experience across the network. You will act as the main contact, help them adopt Openwork’s culture and practices, and support a smooth onboarding journey.
This field-based role requires travel, strong relationship-building, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to coach new advisers and monitor progress through onboarding to full productivity.
