Overview
This role is central to our intervention strategy, with a focus on supporting students at risk of not achieving a grade 5 or above. The successful candidate will deliver targeted small group and 1:1 intervention sessions, monitor and track progress, and work closely with the Head of Maths, classroom teachers, and senior leaders to ensure students make accelerated progress.

Responsibilities
- Maths Tutor role: 0.2 FTE Maths Tutor on a one-year fixed-term contract, working intensively with Year 11 students to help them secure strong outcomes in GCSE Maths.
- Fostering positive relationships with students and motivating them to succeed.
- Using assessment and feedback to close gaps in knowledge and build exam confidence.
- Celebrating student success through praise and positive communication with parents.
- Contributing to improving student outcomes in the run-up to exams.

- Qualified teacher of Maths with strong subject knowledge.
