A forward-thinking technology organisation is seeking a Product Designer to join its Product and Innovation team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape new digital products from the ground up while also influencing the evolution of an established product portfolio. You’ll work at the intersection of user experience, innovation, and complex data challenges - transforming ideas into intuitive, scalable, and user-focused product experiences.

The Role

As a Product Designer, you will play a central role within an innovation-focused team responsible for exploring, validating, and scaling new product concepts. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Engineering teams to create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and design systems that support both greenfield innovation and enhancements to existing platforms. This role combines strategic product thinking with hands-on UX/UI execution and user research.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Translating early-stage concepts into intuitive UX flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Designing and iterating user experiences based on testing, feedback, and experimentation.
  • Supporting greenfield product development from ideation through MVP and beyond.
  • Collaborating with Product Owners and Engineers to improve and expand existing products.
  • Conducting user research and usability testing to validate product decisions.
  • Creating scalable UI components and contributing to evolving design standards.
  • Supporting consistency across the wider product portfolio through design systems and patterns.
  • Participating in collaborative problem-solving sessions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Who You Are:

  • Curious and user-focused, with a passion for solving complex product challenges.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements.
  • Collaborative and confident working alongside technical and product teams.
  • Creative, but equally analytical when validating ideas and interpreting feedback.
  • Motivated by shaping products from concept through to delivery.

What’s On Offer:

  • Opportunity to work on both greenfield innovation and established digital products.
  • High level of ownership and influence over product direction.
  • Collaborative and innovation-led team environment.
  • Exposure to technically complex, data-centric product challenges.
  • Flexible hybrid working and long-term development opportunities.

If you’re a Product Designer who enjoys turning ambitious ideas into polished, user-centric experiences - and you want to work in an environment where innovation and experimentation are genuinely encouraged - this could be a fantastic next step.
