Location: Cambridge, UK (Hybrid Working 50/50 split)

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join a well-established publishing organisation in Cambridge. This is a full-time, six-month temporary role with the possibility of being extended to December 2025. This is a great opportunity to be part of a friendly and supportive marketing team at a really exciting time. The company is celebrating a major anniversary this year, so there are plenty of interesting projects to get involved with.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting with marketing campaigns for scientific journals, community websites, events, and grants
  • Creating engaging marketing content, including email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials
  • Organising sponsorships and giveaways
  • Helping to track and analyse marketing performance to improve future campaigns

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a marketing or publishing role (or transferable skills)
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading abilities
  • Some experience with Mailchimp, WordPress, or Google Analytics (not essential, but a bonus)
  • A proactive and organised approach to work
