This is a key leadership position where you'll be responsible for driving engineering performance, improving reliability, and ensuring the site continues to operate safely and efficiently. You'll lead a well-established engineering function while working closely with the wider leadership team to deliver operational improvements, develop engineering capability and support the future growth of the business.

The Role As Engineering Manager, you'll take ownership of the site's engineering strategy, ensuring maintenance activities, engineering standards and compliance requirements support the operational goals of the business.
