I'm recruiting for a skilled individual to join a busy and well-established manufacturing team, working on a permanent day shift. Key Responsibilities
  • Set and operate CNC machines efficiently and safely
  • Load CNC programs and produce first-off components for inspection and approval
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Maintain high levels of dimensional accuracy throughout production
  • Complete production documentation accurately
  • Carry out routine machine maintenance and maintain excellent housekeeping standards
  • Report tooling wear, machine faults, and quality issues promptly
  • Follow best machining practices to maximise efficiency and quality
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including reducing set-up and cycle times
  • Maintain work areas in line with 5S and workplace organisation standards

  • Previous experience setting and operating CNC machinery
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
