As a Web Support Engineer, you’ll:

Maintain and optimise IIS-based website server farms to ensure peak performance

Oversee website and application deployments, ensuring seamless transitions

Develop the roadmap and strategy for website infrastructure improvements

Automate key processes (e.g., SSL certificate renewals) to enhance efficiency

Lead the transition away from reverse proxy solutions

Proven expertise in Website Support or Infrastructure Engineering

Deep knowledge of IIS (essential) – including application pools, bindings, authentication, and security hardening

Experience with Reverse Proxy solutions

Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) administration & PowerShell scripting

Unrestricted right to work in the UK

Ability to commute to Central London 2 days per week
