Trade Marketing Manager
Wellingborough (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

A global business that provides high-end kitchen and bathroom products are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join their marketing team.
As demand for quality home interiors continues to grow, this business has gone from strength to strength, building strong partnerships with distributors, installers, and retail customers across the UK and EMEA.
Working for this thriving business as their Trade Marketing Manager means working closely with the Product and Content Managers to deliver engaging trade marketing strategies for a key product category. And taking ownership of trade marketing activity across brochures, POS, sampling, product launches, campaigns, events, and more with the goal of driving visibility, sales, and brand growth.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Developing and delivering trade marketing campaigns across UK & EMEA.
- Creating impactful POS, brochures, and sales tools to support product launches.
- Building strong relationships with distributors, installers, resellers, and commercial partners.
- Supporting sales teams with tailored customer-specific marketing needs.
- Coordinating exhibitions, trade shows, and events.
- Monitoring competitor activity and analysing brand performance to inform strategy.
- Managing budgets effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and to scope.
Experience & Background We\’re Looking For:
- 5-10 years\’ experience in a hands-on Trade Marketing Manager role, ideally within kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, or related interiors / consumer goods sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing campaigns that drive visibility, sales, and market growth.
- Experience collaborating with Product and Content teams to deliver marketing materials (brochures, POS, sampling, campaigns).
- Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including sales teams, distributors, installers, resellers, and commercial partners.
- Experience in supporting trade and customer-specific marketing needs across multiple territories (UK and EMEA preferred, but not essential).
- Budget management experience, delivering projects on time and within financial scope.
- Knowledge of competitor analysis, market research, and brand health tracking to shape future marketing plans.
The package:
- Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
- Hybrid working: 3 days onsite (Wellingborough), 2 days from home
