Quality Assurance Engineer | Electronic Engineering | £40,000 - £50,000 + Package | Stevenage

Circa £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
Company bonus up to £2500
Up to 14% pension contribution (employer and employee)

Up to 26 weeks for maternity, adoption and shared parental leave
Support the creation, review, and maintenance of Equipment Quality plans to ensure equipment meets project and product requirements.
Ensure all activities follow Electronic Engineering BMS procedures.
Support investigations into design or manufacturing defects.
Analyse non-conformance data and prepare summary reports and major equipment reviews.
Identify and report quality risks related to in-house equipment.
Plan and deliver brief training sessions to help teams understand quality processes and improve their skills.
Ideally, a minimum HNC/HND in Engineering or Quality Assurance - or significant experience in a similar role
Ability to gain UK Security Clearance - **Essential**
Experience in quality assurance, preferably in electronic engineering
Hands-on knowledge of QA tools like 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and DMAIC
Strong analytical skills - able to use Excel, SAP QM, and document management systems
