Shift Supervisor – Manufacturing Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you excel at making decisions independently but know when to escalate to ensure the best outcomes? In this hands-on role, you\’ll oversee daily production activities, manage resources, and ensure smooth, efficient operations while maintaining a safe work environment. What You\’ll Do: Take charge of daily production : Create and execute the daily schedule, manage resources, and ensure everything runs smoothly with full autonomy. Lead and motivate your team : Inspire your team to perform at their best, while also knowing when to step in and provide direction or escalate issues when needed.
