Our client has 2 opportunities:
- HR Consultant with Terms and Conditions and Policy experience
- HR Consultant with Shared Service experience
You will be responsible for guiding and supporting clients through the deployment of new technology. This role is a blend of stakeholder and project management, solution and process design, and change management, with a focus on supporting HR teams and the wider business through their transformation journey.
You will need between 5-10 years of operational or HR Transformation experience. You will also have implemented SaaS solutions for HR, preferably Oracle, Workday, or SAP.
Salary: £50-70,000 (dependent on experience) plus benefits and hybrid working.
