The predicted salary is between 72000 - 90000 £ per year.
You'll be supporting the business with their MRP & MES Implementation project, collaborating with vendors as well as internal teams as they transition to Oracle ASCP (MRP) & TrakSys (MES), acting as the conduit and lead for the initiation and implementation of the new systems. The project is at the discovery stage currently, and you'll be required to see the project through to completion, ensuring the successful setup, testing, and rollout (expected by the end of 2025, with potential to extend to other business units).
You'll be responsible for:
- Gathering project requirements, defining scope, and user requirements
- Managing project and training documentation
- Managing testing from UAT to go-live, tracking issues along the way
- Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely roll-outs
- Ensuring smooth handover
You'll need:
- Previous experience managing MRP and MES implementations
- Strong stakeholder management, aligning IT and operations with 3rd party vendors
- Previous experience with Oracle ASCP and Traksys would be exceptional, but not required
- Knowledge of OEE, (EBR), and Weighing & Dispensing is a plus
