The RoleReporting into the Finance Director, the Finance Business Partner will support operational and commercial decision‐making across multiple business areas. The role combines business partnering, commercial analysis, project support and management reporting responsibilities.
- Partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders across the business
- Supporting pricing reviews, margin analysis and profitability improvement initiatives
- Providing insight into inventory, working capital and operational performance
- Supporting business projects including systems implementations and process improvements
- Delivering meaningful financial analysis and management information
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking
- Supporting commercial decision‐making through data‐led analysis
- Working closely with branch and business unit leadership teams
