An established international manufacturing business is looking to appoint a commercially minded
Site Finance Business Partner to support operational performance across multiple manufacturing locations.
This is a highly visible role that sits at the heart of the business, partnering with senior operational leaders to provide commercial insight, improve decision-making and drive profitability.

The Opportunity
Reporting into the senior finance team, you'll work closely with site leadership and operational stakeholders to provide financial analysis, challenge and support across three manufacturing facilities, including occasional international travel.
You'll play a key role in developing costing models, improving reporting and providing the commercial insight needed to support pricing, investment decisions and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Business partner manufacturing and operational leaders across multiple sites.
- Develop and maintain robust product costing models to support pricing and commercial decisions.
- Provide detailed analysis of manufacturing performance, margins and operational KPIs.
- Deliver budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling.
- Support project accounting and capital investment analysis.
- Analyse inventory, stock movements and manufacturing variances.
- Produce meaningful management information to support strategic decision making. Support month-end reporting and annual audit processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting and controls.
- Build strong relationships across both finance and operational teams.
About You
You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience operating within a manufacturing environment.
You'll also bring
- Strong understanding of manufacturing finance and commercial operations.
- Experience of product costing, standard costing and stock accounting.
- Excellent analytical and modelling skills.
- Proven ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong business partnering experience with operational teams.
- Confident communication skills and a proactive, commercially focused mindset.
