Project Controller
Location: Stevenage – Hybrid working
Salary: Up to £64,000 per annum + Bonus

A market leading global company within the aerospace and defence sector are looking to speak with Project Controllers and Project Planners at all levels as they have various vacancies across their Engineering, Manufacturing and Production teams. They have a large programme of works which only has plans of increasing. This will give you a great opportunity to develop your experience and career through exposure to a variety of projects and environments.

This position is subject to security clearance and so all candidates must be British Citizens and have resided in the UK for the last 5 years. Previous or current SC / DV clearance is highly beneficial.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Project risk and issue assessments to ensure project health
- Project costs assessment and validation – Forecasts, Costs to Go, Estimate at Completion (EAC)
- Schedule Risk Assessment through analysis of the projects
- Ensure project schedules are aligned with the programme principles
- Generate the integrated baseline schedule to deliver the programmes to the planning principles
- Work with the bid team to instil the project management basics in new business procedures.
Experience & Knowledge
- Project planning experience from milestones to detailed plans
- Project Management toolsets – SAP, ARM, Oracle Unifier, Primavera
- Project breakdown structure creation in WBS, CBS, OBS
- SRA, Critical Path Analysis and EVM
- Change control and Baseline Management
- Project data management and ownership of the project control reporting suite
- Analyse project performance data – schedule, resource and cost
- Root cause analysis and corrective action
- Manage and prioritise workloads
- Stakeholder management
