Hours: Full-time 8am β 430pm Monday β Friday (some flexibility available)
Salary: Β£26K base, rising to Β£27K after probation.

What your day will look?
- Be the ultimate ringmaster for projects from kickoff to triumphant handover.
- Keep the sales team\βs day smooth and our customers grinning.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and teammates.
- Log enquiries, quotes, orders with precision.
- Handle purchase orders, deliveries, labour.
- Pass projects over to service team with complete documentation and ensuring a smooth transition and handover.
- Spot discrepancies and escalate where needed.
- Answer customer queries in record time polished, professional, and ensure transparency.
Who You Are
- A excellent communicator (verbal or written).
- A master of multi-tasking and prioritising where needed.
- Organised, proactive, calm under pressure and you must love working as a team.
- Have some level of administration experience.
