Our client is growing fast and is looking for a People Manager to join the team. Reporting into the Head of People, you will have the responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the People Function offering advice and end-to-end stakeholder support in areas such as Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Recruitment and Performance Management. You will also play a key role in supporting the Head of People, actively contributing to the development and implementation of people strategies and cultivating company culture that is collaborative, innovative, inclusive, empowering, sustainable and optimistic.
