The One Group are recruiting for a Payroll Coordinator position based on the outskirts of Wisbech, in Wisbech St Mary. This role would see you working either part or full time hours, on a permanent basis.
Location: Office-based
Hours: 25 - 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £30,000-£32,000 (full time equivalent)
Department: Finance
Reports To: Head of Finance
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll on a weekly and monthly basis
- Preparation and verification of time sheets
- Actual payment processing in Sage 50 Payroll
- Undertake all pension scheme administration processes on a weekly basis
- Administrate and manage the annual leave system on a continuous basis
- Upload weekly rota into time and attendance system
- Managing new starter & leavers processes
Requirements:
- Previous Payroll experience is required
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines at peak times of the year
- Great IT skills (Excel & Sage 50 Payroll is desired)
