Due to growth, they are looking for an experienced Oracle Application Developer to join the team and contribute to exciting Oracle application projects across CX Sales, ERP, Finance, and HR modules. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge Oracle technologies, delivering impactful solutions for a diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle CX Sales, ERP, Finance, and HR applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Customize and implement Oracle applications using Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle BI Publisher.
- Ensure seamless integration across Oracle modules and maintain system performance, integrity, and security.
- Provide ongoing technical support and training to clients, ensuring smooth adoption of Oracle solutions.
- Participate in testing and validation to meet quality standards and performance goals.
- Stay up to date with Oracle technologies, recommending enhancements to improve functionality and performance.
About You
You have experience in:
- Oracle Development Tools: PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle BI Publisher.
- Oracle Platforms: Oracle CX Sales, ERP, Finance, HR modules.
- Integration & Customization: Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Fusion, Oracle SOA Suite.
- Development Practices: Agile methodologies, SDLC, customization and extension of Oracle solutions.
- Technical Skills: Excellent understanding of Oracle systems, data integrity, and security.
- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, clear communication with clients, and mentoring less experienced developers.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (Oracle Fusion).
- Oracle Certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.
