I am working with a successful, market-leading business looking to appoint an experienced Inside Sales Manager / Team Lead to lead its internal sales function.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused sales leader who enjoys developing people, building customer relationships and driving sales performance within a fast-paced environment.

Role

You'll be responsible for leading the Inside Sales team, overseeing customer enquiries, quotations, order management and account development while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Working closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance and Customer Service, you'll drive quotation conversion, identify opportunities for growth, monitor KPIs and champion continuous improvement across the sales function, including the use of CRM systems and technology.

About You

  • Previous experience managing an Internal Sales team.
  • A strong background in sales and account management.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience using CRM systems and reporting on sales performance.
  • Customer focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Experience within manufacturing, distribution, construction products or a similar sector, along with knowledge of sales automation tools, would be advantageous
