I am currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Business Partner for a well-known brand based in Hertfordshire, a great business to join. Reporting into the Head of HR, this role will be focused on partnering with Managers to look at talent and succession, career development as well as developing and implementing a Graduate Scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery
  • Stakeholder Management
  • New Entrant/Emerging Talent Development and Performance Reviews
  • Talent and Succession Management of the Training Plan
  • Oversee and manage attendance of employees to the Group Induction sessions
  • Support the Learning & Development team with training design and delivery of training courses and supervisory and management development programmes

Required Experience:

  • Ideally CIPD Qualified or equivalent
  • Experience of working in a similar Learning & Development role
  • Experience of implementing a Graduate Scheme
  • Ability to create a variety of interventions
  • Experience of delivering projects across a multi-site operation
