IT Support Engineer

Are you ready to step up and take on a role where you're more than just a number? As an IT Support Engineer, you'll work closely with the Head of IT and a growing IT team, playing a key role in the company's ongoing success.
What You'll Be Doing:
- 1st and 2nd Line IT Support – Handling more complex tickets, not just password resets.
- Systems Administration – Windows environment.
- Infrastructure Projects – Supporting improvements and rollouts.
- O365 & Networking – Managing and supporting a range of applications.
- Hardware Setup – Configuring and deploying new desktops and laptops.
- Stakeholder Management – Gather requirements and set expectations with various stakeholders
What You'll Need for this IT Support Engineer role:
- 2nd Line IT Support experience – O365, AD, Intune, Windows Server.
