Are you an experienced HR Advisor who can proactively manage a wide range of employee relations cases? Can you support, coach and advise on absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance issues? Would you like to have a world-leading, global business on your CV?
This is an exciting position well-suited to someone who is confident with all HR disciplines and who can bring an operational and solutions focused approach.
You will be based in the office where there is ample free parking and will also benefit from:
- 25 days annual leave
- up to 10% Bonus
- a Contributory pension scheme, where the employer will double the employee's contribution up to 10%
- optional flexible benefits including access to health and dental care plans
The role will involve managing ER cases as well as various HR projects, managing reports and supporting the HR team with ad hoc admin tasks.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need a good working knowledge of the legal requirements in employee relations, the ability to inform and guide managers on HR and operational policies and identify and implement more efficient approaches.
