Joining our client, based in St Ives, on a temporary basis for an initial period of 3 months, this HR Advisor role will specifically focus on Employee Relations. You’ll be fully embedded into the day to day running of this organisation and provide support across the full employee life cycle.

Our client is currently implementing Workday and the increased workload that comes with this is the sole reason for this role – this temporary HR Advisor role will assist in ensuring the current team aren’t overloaded.
You’ll partner with line managers providing advice and coaching where needed. You’ll support with flexible working requests, recruitment & selection, disciplinaries & grievances and any other areas that arise.
This position needs an experienced, confident individual – someone who is able to build relationships, takes a level or pride in their work and ideally holds a CIPD L5 or, has the equivalent experience within HR.
In office you’ll be sat alongside HR, H&S and the compliance team so it’s vital you operate with a confidential nature.
