The Accountancy & Finance Division at The ONE Group is currently partnering with a reputable and long standing business based in Banbury. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and commercially focused Finance Manager to lead and develop a small transactional finance team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving process improvement, automation, and building a more commercially driven finance function.
- Lead and manage a small transactional finance team (including AP and AR)
- Oversee and improve finance processes and automation initiatives
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, including AR, AP, and cashflow
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with commercial teams to provide insight and financial guidance
- Over time, play a key role in supporting management accounts and more advanced reporting
Proven experience in a similar Finance Manager or senior finance role. Excellent knowledge of transactional finance (AP/AR), reporting, and cashflow management. Experience with automation or finance system improvements is highly desirable.
