This Finance Director role represents an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious qualified accountant to develop their career within this rapidly growing service organisation. Reporting to the Managing Director and working as part of the senior leadership team, the Finance Director will play a key role in the continued success and growth of the business and will assume overall responsibility for strategic and operational finance.
Key responsibilities will include the preparation, review and presentation of company results, financial planning and reporting. This is a highly visible, strategically influential role and the successful applicant will be required to develop effective working relationships with commercial and operational teams in the development of budgets, forecasts, analysis of risks, month end trading reviews and associated variance analysis.
Interested applicants will have experience of working as part of a senior leadership team and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in developing and driving strategic business plans and influencing the growth of a business. The role will lead and develop a high performing finance team and so previous experience of managing people is a pre-requisite.
