The One Group are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a global organisation, who are leaders within their field, on a full time, permanent basis.
Location: Outskirts of Peterborough (easily accessible from Peterborough or Stamford)
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
This role would see you reporting into the Head of Finance and mentoring a junior member of the team. You will provide financial support across multiple key parts of the business, across various regions and departments.
Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate monthly P&L reports in line with month end and communicate key drivers of results, variances and risks to stakeholders
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Own and streamline global financial processes across key revenue streams
- Consolidate and communicate global financial results (Revenue, Profit & Cashflow) to senior leadership
- Support quarterly re-forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial planning activities with key stakeholders
- Manage and develop a junior team member
Requirements:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Experience in production of management & financial accounts
- Experience of managing/mentoring small teams
- Confident communicator with commercial awareness
