An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing and dynamic consultancy delivering a diverse portfolio of construction and infrastructure projects across the Education and Healthcare sectors. Working as part of an experienced Project Management team, you will take ownership of the commercial and contractual management of projects from inception through to completion. Projects range from new build developments and major refurbishments through to mechanical, electrical and fire safety improvement programmes. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor looking to progress their career within a collaborative consultancy where professional development and career progression are actively encouraged.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for all commercial aspects of multiple projects, ensuring financial control, contractual compliance and successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include:
