Qualified Senior Management Accountant for a prestigious global, growing company that values work/life balance and fosters a positive working culture. You should be self‑motivated, forward‑thinking, and capable of working proactively. You will report to the Financial Controller and be an integral part of the Finance team. This role involves supporting the smooth operation of the financial reporting for the business.
Your role will include:
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with month end close
- Budget and forecast preparation and business partnering
- Providing profit and loss reporting and analysis
- Management of accruals and prepayments
- Fixed Assets
- IFRS16 accounting
- Department and cost centre analysis
- Assisting with month and year‑end closure and audit
- Cash Flow forecast and Treasury cover
- Production of Statutory Accounts
Your CV needs to demonstrate:
- ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified
- Advanced Excel skills
- Closing month end
- Knowledge of statutory accounts
This role is based in Chelmsford. Office hours are 9‑5.30. Once induction and training has taken place, hybrid working is available with 3 days in the office and 2 at home. This is a Permanent role. Salary is competitive. You must be a fully qualified accountant.
