The One Group are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a giant within manufacturing based in Darlington on a full time, temporary basis.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week) 8am-4pm, 8.30am-4.30pm or 9am-5pm.
- Complete data entry in CBSE Accounts Payable systems.
- Complete manual matching where applicable for direct/indirect purchases direct into financial systems.
- Investigate and clear all aged invoice queries on the AP Query Database and Intercompany dispute database.
- Deal with internal/external customers (Plant Finance, Buyers, Suppliers etc.).
- Handle telephone, email, and complex enquiries relating to supplier payments.
- Complete supplier statement reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Payable.
- Ability to start immediately.
- Advanced Excel skills.
Pay: £14.00-£14.90 per hour.
Hybrid Working: 3 days from the office, 2 days from home.
Potential for early finish on a Friday.
Immediate starts available and weekly paid.
