Customer Service Advisor - Temp to Perm
When: Immediate start
Where: Peterborough
Salary: £25-26k
Benefits: 28 days holiday, performance bonus, private healthcare, gym membership, discounts and more!
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday with one in four Saturday mornings (Lieu time given)
Flexibility can be considered for reduced/compressed hours and the opportunity to work hybrid is also available.
In this role you will be offered an extensive training programme to ensure you have the all the right tools to excel and deliver the best version of you. You must be available to attend a 6 week training programme on a full time basis initially.

The ideal candidate will have call centre, customer service experience.


Once in the role, you will ensure customers receive an exceptional service every time. From processing orders to addressing customer queries, you will contribute to a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritise the customer in every interaction
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls with precision and enthusiasm
  • Skilfully manage orders and address delivery-related questions
  • Work closely with internal colleagues and departments to ensure high level of service.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively. Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand the needs of others are key requirements. You will need to be confident, organised and computer literate.
