I’m partnering with a forward-thinking business just North of Cambridge who are looking for an experienced Senior FP&A professional to join their team on an interim basis. This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner with Business Leaders – walking them through financial results, providing insight and guidance to drive performance across multiple business units. If you enjoy turning data into meaningful commercial decisions, this is a great opportunity to add value quickly.

Key Duties

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
  • Own P&Ls, delivering clear analysis and actionable insights
  • Prepare and present month-end reporting and KPIs with commentary
  • Partner with senior leaders to support strategic decision-making
  • Support month-end close and drive improvements in reporting processes

Key Experience Required

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
  • Solid FP&A background with a focus on business partnering
  • Confident, articulate and clear communicator
  • Advanced Excel skills are a must, and experience of Power BI would be advantageous
  • Available to start at short notice and commit to a minimum of 3 months

You’ll be joining a high performing, fast paced, diverse Finance team and be expected to hit the ground running – stepping in to provide essential cover from day one. Initially offered as an interim position, on a day rate (inside IR35 only) up to £300 per day, and you’ll be required to work on site 2-3 days a week. Interested?
