Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support transaction processes, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
  • Develop comprehensive financial models and valuations to support client objectives.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence, identifying trends and risks.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Build and manage client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and trust.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team in developing new business, including networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent qualification with a strong track record in corporate finance.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within corporate finance, or a respected Accountancy Practice advisory environment.
  • Expertise in a range of transaction activities preferably in Private Equity, financial modelling, analysis, and valuation.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
