The One Group are recruiting for a Sales Ledger Supervisor to lead a small but vital team within a high-performing Finance function. This is a full time, permanent role and will see you based from their offices in Peterborough.
In this role, you\’ll take ownership of billing accuracy, ensure timely data transfers, and play a key role in shaping and improving finance processes. You\’ll also act as a trusted point of contact across the wider business, helping to uphold the reputation and reliability of the Finance department.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and support the sales ledger team
- Ensure accurate and timely data transfers, minimising billing errors.
- Collaborate with the Group Chief Accountant and wider Finance leadership to drive performance and strategy.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams, offering expertise and guidance
- Support continuous improvement and finance transformation initiatives
- Take responsibility for a set of client areas, sharing insights and ensuring best practice
Requirements:
- Experience in a high-volume transaction environment
- Experience in leading/supervising a team
- Confident with Excel
