I am currently recruiting for an Assistant Accountant for a six month position near Basildon for a lovely company. This would ideally suit someone who is available immediately or on short notice and local as this is office based.
The role is varied and would suit someone comfortable and capable with accounts to TB, ideally AAT minimum.
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Accruals & prepayments
- Journals
- Managing WIP log
- Managing the bank/reconciliations
- Payroll data entry collating and checking
- Adhoc duties to support the finance team
