Daily duties include
- Processing new suppliers and customers
- Managing sub contractors
- Ordering diesel and monitoring usage and ensuring adequate supplies at all times
- Dealing with fuel enquiries
- Posting payments to Sage
- Credit control, chasing via telephone and email
- Processing invoices
- Recharges
- Issuing PO numbers
- Accruals
- Assisting with audit
- Reconciliations
- Compliance, checking insurances, vetting and ensuring all relevant certificates are in place
- Dealing with suppliers
What you will need
- You will be someone who wants to learn and picks tasks up quickly
- A team player
- Accurate and understand the importance of accuracy
- Comfortable working on Excel
- A good communicator
- Have experience in compliance and accounts and administration.
