Daily duties include:

  • Processing new suppliers and customers
  • Managing sub contractors
  • Ordering diesel and monitoring usage and ensuring adequate supplies at all times
  • Dealing with fuel enquiries
  • Posting payments to Sage
  • Credit control, chasing via telephone and email
  • Processing invoices
  • Recharges
  • Issuing PO numbers
  • Accruals
  • Assisting with audit
  • Reconciliations
  • Compliance, checking insurances, vetting and ensuring all relevant certificates are in place
  • Dealing with suppliers

What you will need:

  • You will be someone who wants to learn and picks tasks up quickly
