We are working with a well-established and growing organisation looking to appoint a Key Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of high-value clients. The Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of key clients, acting as the primary point of contact while driving long-term value and growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, ensuring service delivery meets expectations while identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key client accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
- Understand client objectives, challenges, and business needs
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and retention
- Conduct regular client reviews to ensure performance, satisfaction, and engagement
- Identify and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
- Negotiate renewals and commercial agreements to maximise account value
- Work towards and exceed revenue targets, KPIs, and SLAs
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality service
- Monitor account performance, identifying risks and opportunities
- Act as the first point of escalation for client issues and resolve effectively
- Maintain accurate reporting and account data within CRM systems
- Support wider team initiatives and projects where required
About You
- Experience in a B2B sales, account management, or client-facing role
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially driven with a track record of achieving targets
- Confident communicator across phone, email, and face-to-face
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
