Great opportunity for an HR Advisor - Employee Relations in Hertfordshire to join this fabulous organisation on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This is a hybrid role so you will need to be in the office 2 days per week.

You will need to have strong experience in complex case management, procedure/guidance development, Trade Union activities and terms and conditions writing. You will be solution focused and have a deep expertise on employment matters and a passion for enabling, evolving and embedding change through effective communication and engagement on all Employee Relations related matters.

Coaching and advising on innovative Employee Relations. You will have robust coaching, facilitation and mediation skills and experience.

In return they offer a salary of circa £50,000 plus bonus and benefits and hybrid working.
