Base pay range
I’m working with a leading tech organisation to find a Modern Workspace Specialist to support their Enterprise IT team at their world-class Cambridge HQ. This role is all about supporting Zoom, Slack, Teams and Google Workspace, so strong experience in these areas are required.
- 6-month contract (with potential to extend up to 12 months)
- Hybrid working – Mostly Cambridge based, but some hybrid working is available
This isn’t your average IT support role. You’ll be the go-to expert for the collaboration and workplace tools that power productivity at scale, from Zoom and Slack to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and more.
What you’ll do:
- Provide expert support for tools like Zoom Rooms, Slack, Teams, SharePoint, and digital signage
- Manage changes via admin portals and support feature rollouts
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams to drive adoption and troubleshoot issues
- Help teams work smarter through improved digital collaboration
Bonus if you’ve worked with:
- AI tools like Copilot, Zoom AI Companion or ChatGPT
- ServiceNow
Please note – those without experience with Slack/Teams/Zoom will not be considered for this role, so please ensure you include this in your profile if you have experience with these tools.
