You are someone who is confident speaking with senior professionals and enjoys meaningful, consultative conversations. You are comfortable picking up the phone, following up leads, and guiding mid-level managers through to C-suite executives towards the right career or learning opportunity.
You are resilient, organised and motivated by results. You enjoy juggling multiple projects, working independently and seeing the direct impact of your work. You are also internationally minded - happy travelling alone, adapting quickly to new environments and representing an organisation at events and fairs.
I am partnering with a well-established international Higher Education organisation based in North West London, recruiting a Student Recruitment Executive to support their Executive Education portfolio (Executive MBAs, Master’s programmes, professional certificates).
What you will be doing:
- Managing and converting warm leads
- Holding consultative conversations with senior professionals
- Advising on executive education pathways
- Working closely with UK & international teams
- Attending UK and international recruitment events
Key Requirements:
- Experience engaging with senior-level professionals (mid-management to C-suite)
- Proven resilience, sales skills and target-driven mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple projects independently
- Previous experience in student recruitment or Exec recruitment is a strong advantage
- Internationally minded, confident travelling independently (UK & overseas)
- Curiosity, adaptability and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✈️ Travel 1–2x per month (UK & overseas)
🏢 Hybrid working (2 days in the office, flexibility required)
