Are you passionate about understanding shoppers and influencing behaviour at retail? This is a brilliant opportunity to join a leading marketing agency who partner with global brands to deliver insight-led, creative campaigns that make a real impact in-store and online.
As a Midweight Shopper Marketing Strategist, you’ll work on high-profile activations across UK retail, global travel retail, and international markets. You’ll take research and insight, turn it into compelling strategies, and help bring campaigns to life alongside talented creatives and client services teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing shopper marketing strategies that align with client goals and retailer priorities.
- Using research, data and insight tools to uncover trends and shape actionable recommendations.
- Writing clear and inspiring briefs to guide creative development.
- Mapping the shopper journey and planning how to engage at each stage.
- Measuring performance and sharing recommendations for future improvement.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in shopper or retail marketing (agency or brand side), with a track record of delivering effective campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong knowledge of retail environments, particularly grocery and/or travel retail, and how to influence shopper behaviour.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insight.
- Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both clients and internal teams.
- A proactive, organised mindset and a genuine passion for retail, shopper trends and innovation.
