This is an opportunity for a commercially-minded Senior Account Manager to step into a key client-facing role, owning relationships, driving growth, and delivering standout work across a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What you’ll be doing
- Owning day-to-day and strategic client relationships – becoming a true partner, not just a contact
- Managing budgets, forecasts, and profitability across projects
- Spotting opportunities to grow accounts and introduce new services
- Translating client briefs into clear, actionable direction for creative teams
- Leading projects end-to-end – from concept through to delivery
- Delegating and mentoring junior team members (typically 1 direct report)
- Driving high standards across creative output, ensuring everything is on-brief and on-brand
- Supporting larger strategic campaigns and stepping in to lead pitches and key meetings when needed
- Keeping everything moving – juggling multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines without dropping the ball

- Experience as an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager / Project Manager
- Ideally some exposure to retail or shopper marketing
- Strong commercial awareness – you understand budgets, ROI and growth

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
