Job Description
Repair Workshop Manager
Are you a natural people leader who loves bringing structure, quality and efficiency to fast-paced technical environments?
This well-established & growing technology business is looking for a Repair Workshop Manager to lead the day-to-day running of it’s local repair centre ensuring customer repairs are delivered efficiently, to a high standard, and on time.
You will manage a skilled team, coordinate workloads, and act as the key link between engineering, operations and customers. From resource planning to continuous improvement, you’ll play a central role in maintaining quality, safety and service performance.

What you will be doing?:
- Leading and developing a team of repair staff – technical and support
- Managing daily operations to meet SLAs and KPIs
- Acting as the main customer contact for repair updates and escalations
- Driving process improvements and supporting new product introductions
- Overseeing stock, costs, compliance and reporting
What we need from you?:
- A relevant Electronics qualification with a minimum ONC or equivalent.
- Proven experience leading technical teams in electronics repair or manufacturing environment including performance
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confidence working directly with global customers and internal teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (ERP experience a plus)
