That includes managing the Quality Manual, improving HACCP and TACCP, tightening document control and ensuring every process, record and risk assessment reflects what is happening on the factory floor. You’ll support customer and third-party audits, oversee validation work, maintain pest control compliance and make sure technical standards never slip.
Day to day, you’ll lead a small team, build capability and bring structure and clarity to a busy operation. You’ll keep technical systems running with precision, juggle multiple priorities without losing detail and play a key role in strengthening the site’s technical backbone.
What will you need?
