In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee daily production activities, manage resources, and ensure smooth, efficient operations while maintaining a safe work environment.
What You'll Do:
- Take charge of daily production: Create and execute the daily schedule, manage resources, and ensure everything runs smoothly with full autonomy.
- Lead and motivate your team: Inspire your team to perform at their best, while also knowing when to step in and provide direction or escalate issues when needed.
- Develop your team: Provide the training, support, and resources your team needs to meet production goals and maximise their potential.
- Solve problems on the floor: You'll be hands-on in troubleshooting issues, but always with the confidence to escalate when the situation demands it to keep production running efficiently.
- Monitor performance: Track KPIs and lead action plans to resolve deviations, driving continuous improvement in both efficiency and quality.
- Ensure safety: Lead by example in maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant workspace.
