What would you do with an established Linked In audience of more than 200,000 followers, an active CEO who genuinely values social media and a huge bank of content ready to be put to work?

We’re recruiting a Social Media Manager for a large, international organisation with ambitious growth plans and a complex global audience.

You’ll take ownership of the social media strategy, bring structure to multiple channels and turn an already impressive audience into stronger engagement and meaningful action.

The foundations are firmly in place.

You’ll have access to campaign content, creative assets, marketing support and senior stakeholders who want social media to play a bigger role in the organisation’s future.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Manage a social media strategy aligned with wider marketing and growth objectives
  • Take ownership of a Linked In audience of more than 200,000 followers
  • Review a complex network of corporate, international social media channels
  • Create a clearer global approach to channel ownership, brand governance and content
  • Manage organic activity across Linked In, Facebook, Instagram and You Tube
  • Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, click-throughs and audience action
  • Work with an active, visible CEO to amplify thought leadership and key messages
  • Prioritise content across multiple campaigns, events, audiences and internal requests
  • Use existing content and creative assets to build a consistent, engaging content calendar
  • Schedule content using Sprout Social as a social media management tool
  • Produce monthly reports and turn performance data into practical recommendations
  • Work with external agencies supporting Paid Social and content activity
  • Improve the connection between social media, website journeys and organisational goals
  • What we’re looking for

You’ll already be working as a Social Media Manager, Senior Social Media Executive, Digital Content Manager or in a similar role where you personally own both strategy and delivery of social media for a B2B or Global Audience.

You’ll be able to demonstrate

  • Experience developing and delivering a social media strategy
  • In-depth knowledge of Linked In and how to engage a professional audience
  • Confidence working with CEOs, directors and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise content requests from Sales teams / wider business
  • The confidence to challenge ideas constructively and protect the wider strategy
  • Experience using performance data to improve future activity
  • The ability to respond quickly when priorities change
  • A proactive approach to spotting opportunities and recommending new ideas
